By accessing or using UMiX Convert, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or its tools.
Permitted use
You may use UMiX Convert for lawful personal, educational, or business file tasks that you are entitled to perform. You are responsible for checking that your use of a file and any resulting output is permitted by law, contract, confidentiality duties, and the rights of other people.
Prohibited use
Do not use the website to violate applicable law or another person's rights, process files unlawfully, distribute harmful code, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the tools in a way that could damage the service or other users.
Files, backups, and results
Most current tools process selected files in your browser. You keep ownership of your files and are responsible for having the right to select, convert, download, and share them. Keep backup copies of original files and review important results before relying on them.
Accuracy and availability
Conversion results can differ because of file structure, formatting, fonts, embedded content, software compatibility, and tool limitations. UMiX Convert does not promise that every layout, feature, or metadata field will be preserved. Tools may be changed, paused, limited, or unavailable from time to time.
Intellectual property
Users retain their rights in files they select and results they create, subject to the rights of any other owners. The UMiX Convert name, website presentation, original code, and brand materials remain protected by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of either user's files or the website.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UMiX Convert and the people managing it are not responsible for losses caused by a user's failure to keep backups, file corruption, conversion differences, service interruption, or use of an output without appropriate review. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms or add, change, or discontinue features. The updated date will be shown on this page. The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party libraries; those services and their terms are separate from UMiX Convert.
